8 - 10,000 on fully syn but depends on your usage and if high rev all the time like some tracksters then they hv to change a lot more frequently

Different bikes have different requirements such as viscosity, adherence to parts, cleaning agent and temperature moderation properties... always best to check with bike manufacturer on this kinda things bro... even the highest grade, most expensive EO can cause more wear and tear on some bikes due to incompatibility with their unique engine specific requirements... ask a knowledgable mechanic that you trust...

Of course... those that tell you EO anything can one ah.. or.. oh depending on your budget ah... or... this one good all bikes can use... are tell-tale signs that they are also oblivious to these facts... be careful.. EO selection is more important than choice of petrol or 2T for example... EO will be in your engine and cause more damage until your next oil change or until you find out that it is that damaging (which is usually already an extremely costly discovery!)

Adding to my earlier message, try look for mechanics with the knowledge of mixing their own blend of OE... to match your engine requirements... these are normally the best... changing OE too early is also not good... and never use OE additive on your own... you'll never know if you are actually adding poison to your engine...
