aftermarket rd legal exhaust are rare for 400cc.. as in most countries, they dun have clss 2b, 2a and 2 systems.. their systems much more simple.. so they will normally buy big cl2 bikes..

 

further more, the maker of the end can must make it rd legal.. with documents.. can say most prob the exhaust will get approved..

 

i like 2bros and morawaki ones.. but i think i'll keep my ideas till cl2, as most of the makers will only have for big bikes that occupies a bigger market..

 

eg: you dun see a rd legal nsr150 yoshimura full system, as the market is small compared to the whole of mother earth.. but you'll see aftermarket stuffs for 2b bikes like rs125 because it has it's market in EU and US..

i see some bikes with those exhaust wrap, mayb u can try tat.

it's like some kinda cloth which it's used to wrap from the headers all e way til the mid-section.

that'll improve a bit of horsepower too.. but must make sure dun wrap too tight.. must allow the header to expand and contract..

i was thinking of wrapping my headers too, but it seems like the wrap is onli avaliable in white...

but there's once where my mec told mi, even if wrap, exhaust oso will rust.

rainy days, wrap got wet, etc etc...

So it's still better to chrome rather den wrapping or spraying high-temp paint?

no matter wad still will rust.... seen this guy bike with crome header when i look closer there is rust all over soo... no mattter wad you do ur header will be rusty

Sonicgear: Hmm I c.. But will e chrome result b e same as e header found on Phantoms? My previous bike is a Honda Phantom TA200, n though e header will rust once a while, e metal polish like Autosol will do a very gd job in restoring e chrome's shine, removing all e rust. If it's e same thing, I tink i wouldnt mind polishing chrome headers once a while, rather den to c rust on my black-painted headers. =)

that i not to sure.... but i heard chroming for the header kinda expensive... But wad i see is worth it... look like aftermarket header and surely look better then the black rusty 1s.... Battling Rust is a neva ending war... and u can neva beat rust they just keep on comming

i think got sell those like fibre carbon type of wrap.....then u can wrap the whole pipe, so it won't scratch the pipe
