Not too sure whether STAR unit uses it, but I know Security Command aka SecCom does. They're called Counter-Assault bikes. Btw, most unmarked police vehicles (those that don't have blinkers and the word "Police") have at least two licence plates. One QX (or TP plates for bikes) and one or two normal civilian plates. So, sometimes you can never tell between normal road user and police.

Wah... Appreciate all the people here coming in to give the facts of the case. At least we get a much clearer picture now.

There are many people who do not know when to back down and can't substantiate their 'facts'. Often coming out with 'reasons' that they cannot reveal their sources... I also tired of asking already.

Most of us heard of the phrase, "empty vessel makes the most noise', and now that we already know who is the empty vessel here, its time we let it be. No more arguements, no more fights and no more flames.

woah. throw 1 big bomb, and say no more arguements, fights and flames.. well done.

i don't know you very well, you don't know where i'm from either.. facts are facts.. you haven't even been done to HL to take a look, and yet you are making a big hooha about my facts.. you don't see any of the driving school letting learners of class 2 taking their road-ready CB750 or fazer 6 to let the learners try lifting them up. they will be using their older bikes for training purpose.. or are you actually 1 of the TP.. know a few TPs that goes track riding, does that mean all TPs go to track?

i even know of a TP that pounced on a rider on the road, while on call of duty.

the forum is so big.. biker community is small, you never know you might need help 1 day..

bottom line, if you think lambasting my facts, saying that i do not have actual facts to back them up, so be it..

it's up for the rest to see for themselves.

over and out.

if TPs has fixed shifts. means there will be an hour or so in the roads with totally 0TPS

if all tps end work at 6pm and the next batch starts at 6pm

they will leave around 530pm to return to station pass on to the next batch of staff and for them to be on road again it will be 630pm

so like this from 530pm-630pm u can speed 299kmph and all tps are at HQ .

i'm sure there is serveral shift system.

like 8am-8pm 9am-9pm 10am-10pm . this is the best way to at least have some tps still running on road.

Good and bad is just the difference between perceptions.

i think u shud feed back to TP instead of posting here. :cheeky:

530-630 tat kind of timing.... i do see TPs leh..

if im not wrong...........................

there are several teams out in the day. lets say, this particular one day. Team A is on the morning shift.

and lets say(coz im not really sure of the exact timing) the morning shift starts 7am and ends at 4pm. Team B will be on the same day, will be in the afternoon shift, which starts from 2pm-11pm, and Team C will be also on the same day, but in the night shift, which starts from 10pm to 8am.

so in any case, theres TP around. :thumb:

and i dont think the gahment will be soooo stupid as to put the shifts in a way that, us can have this no-tp-timing to speed and break the rules. :cheeky:

anyways i think we abit :offtopic:
