Liverpool looks strong in all department.. good all round display by sissoko.. great energy levels n enthusiasm showed by both pennant n gonzalez, strong midfield showing by gerrard n alonso when they came on also quite a decent centre midfield outing for zenden.. n just when i was cursing n swearing crouch for not playing his part when everyone else was doing soo well... he popped up with a GOAL!! Courtesy of a great ball by bellamy!!

Yeah...Mighty LiverPool won....against the Bluek..Chelsea

 

At first i was quite worry wif the starting line up..

Thats a very tactical selection by Rafa..

Chelsea too..They had a their 2nd team in the starting line up due to injury and resting some players..But too bad Liverpool won. Agreat start of the new season ....

we have got some strength in depth...

 

besides the strikers..we do have 2 players for almost every position...

 

so thats good...

 

and we do have some really fast players up front to provide some penetration....

yeahh.. liverpool is the team that can beat chelsea.. they r the best

 

team in the premiership i guess... with bellamy & pennant in liverpool

 

shirt, what more can i say man.. bdw i'm a devil's fans & liverpool will

Went to queensway shopping centre just now..

Forget the shop name but very its locate jus opposite the addidas vintage shop..

they are selling Liverpool's jersey at $95..w/o the EPL logo on the sleeve tho..

Tampines mall Adidas shop are selling for 85 bucks. Got white, red and gray jersey. And got polo-t with collar too. Chio

we belittle sheffield united , that seems like a give-chance first team that was sent out there -- what's zenden doing in the middle of the park??

Riinse's injury was unforunate, he's a vital part in the attacking build up

so was carragher's, he would have man mark the goal scorer

 

but saying that, its an unsatisfactory result even though liverpool put on the pressure during the 2nd half.

 

2 pts lost instead of a pt gained.

I think they are still trying to click as a team.

Don't forget that there are new players around and with Rafa rotational policy now, it will take some matches for they to click.

I got it from someone from S'pore yahoo auctions for $145. Here is the price breakdown: Long sleeve jersey $100 + Player name and number(single digit) $30 + Premier League patches $15.

 

Short sleeve jersey ONLY(plain), he selling for $85.
