me. cos i did this "stunt" to the extend the that my stand side gave way together with the part where the side stand is bolted on to. and i dunno for others. but for aprilias. that thing is part of the body frame. cost $100 just to weld it back together. i've doing it ever since. so take note guys. once or twice might seems to be okay. but if u make it a habit, it can turn out to be quite costly. :thumb:

Err...you sure you can spin your heavy daystar?

 

Abit the hard lah hor. I tried on my daystar, I can't even lift it off the ground, don't even say turn yet. I think need to practice abit more.

 

But I big size, so I'm very sure I won't drop the bike. Even if side stand break, nevermind, got main stand. :cheeky:

same here. my frame broke off where the side stand is bolted on. and the mech told me it's a very common problem for aprilia bike.

 

ever since, i'm quite skeptical about balancing the bike on the side stand. but still i do it when i'm lubin my chain for my cl2 bike.

i try yesterday on my super4... seems like quite heavy for the side stand... even thou quite easy but better not do it regularly if not as they mention.. will cost you a bomb...

haha of cos anyway i think if u fit then it easy to shift the bike liao lah so main point hor, YOU MUST BE FIT! haha anyway the stand wont break off unless it rusty or damn old liao lah if not i dun believe will break off. pple at bike shop always do tt!
