considering mods.. and would like to ask for opinions.

can I get a rough approx for the cost and where can I do such mods:

 

- To respray whole bike (tank, front fork, front & rear fenders, chrome covers) to matt dirt black.

- Extend front forks.

- Raise tank (at a tilt)

- Exhaust head, bandage wrap (from the engine to the belly part)

 

appreciate any suggestions!

as for budget, would be as "value-for-money" as possible!
