Today while riding, just end work, startbike and move off from my workplace about 20 meters. Was waiting for pedestrians to finish crossing the road when bang, a car hit me from behind again. Thanks to all your advices. It helped me so much. Now I don't know how to claim. No injury, I don't want my bike to stuck at workshop for another 3 months, my bike never drop, my alignment don't know out or not. Great advice u guys give. was going less than 10km/h also accident wtf u all want sia? U all pray for me to get into accident ah? Please la... Don't pray for me anymore... I don't need people praying for me... F**king sh!t... Driver was on the phone some more... Wtf... Please god, save your help for others. I don't need your help or anyone's help. Please don't help me... I got enough problems without anyone helping make it worse... Thanks so much, I appreciate your help but seriously I dont need it...

 

Ur 1st post make it sound like didnt private settle and also didnt claim insurance becoz u "noe" cannot. Now come back with 750 and smiley. So 1st post lie or last post lie? Ai ya dunno u la.

 

Somemore only slight knock never fall bike shop need 3 month? U carrot? Handphone accident cannoy claim izzi e shop teach u de?

 

Bottom line, if u got e 750, good for u la. Hope enough for minor repair and transport while bike at shop for e few days. If ur last post just to save face then hope u saved ur face lo.

 

Ps: major accident bike also may not need 3 month. Ur bike power. Maybe those super duper high end rare parts, order liao need to manufacture tat y need so long.

Got cut by a car at PIE today by using the road shoulder. Maybe the driver thinks I was slow..I was aware of the traffic slowing down up ahead due to cars swerving trying to not miss the exit last minute and the red light at the junction ahead. Almost rear ended me so I sped up a bit so as to not endanger my pillion's safety. A few minutes later saw the car on my left in the shoulder overtaking me and speeding up. I gave him a sarcastic thumbs up. LS at the now stationary traffic at the junction and gave a smirk to the driver. Sorry no video.

Fuyooo bro during e early 90's KDX r considered one of e "atas" bike.. Got 2 version, e 125 n 200...

My previous accident the bike at workshop for 3 months serious. Cos the other driver fcuker keep delaying the damage assessment. And the assessment report drag so long, the mechanic can't start the repairs. Normally only take less than a month to get back my bike repaired. But that was the first time it dragged for 3 months. The other 2 accidents in 2008 took only like 2 weeks and 3 weeks each...

 

But if sure win case can just repair first. If e other party delay can make police report or call ur insurance agent and make him work.

 

Think drag so long is rare cases ba. Consider unlucky. Glad u only tio 1 time

Used to tink - "Alamak, want to cycle dun cycle abreast, damn inconsiderate".... But now, no more dat kinda tots... In a large group like e above pic, its safet to do it dat way... Its something like a group of bikers going touring up north - Got leader, front marker, back marker, sweeper n last rider... Cycling staggered for braking distance n safety... For other road users, juz keep a look out for them

Same here. Unless the road is pretty much deserted and not busy. Have seen such too many times at Changi Coastal on the way to and home from work and its not funny as there are many big trucks using the small 2lane roads too. I myself fear of my own safety and I am riding a motorbike.

I also think its safer. If they cycle behind each other its going to be a longer snake for drivers to overtake. And usually got ******* drivers purposely squeeze the cyclists to the kerb. (not every driver follow the 1.5m safety distance.) I rather be forced to change lane and overtake them then to get squeeze with them on one lane and overtake a longer snake.

 

PS: just change lane and share the road. Not that difficult I think. These groups only do it on Weekends.

Want to share the road its ok but at least follow the traffic rules. Very often at red light junctions, they just check safe then just continue riding even though its red light. I once almost t boned a cyclist because he thought it was safe to continue even though it was red. Didn't even stop to check, just dash through the light

But I'm sure u guys recognize that road as buona vista road. So busy and yet they ride like in the park. Chatting and laughing away. Morning towards NTU at jurong also same... Then want to act legs got muscle, start in low gear when cycling Pull away that time lose balance come to the second lane. If Bang them then kpkb. Just because their bicycle more expensive than my bike then I must protect them while they disregard other road users presence meh...
