Not surprised. Till their safety is in jeopardy they do not care about others. Not even the slightest bit.

Anyone happens to have the same mindset as me?

I sort of hate to see drivers going to lane 1 immediately after acceleration lane into Expressways.

It's like what's the need for going to lane 1, when the road infront is apparently clear as hell.

 

Might be an OCD for me.

Anyway, the female driver is crazy, anyhow ram people, to me she tried to manslaughter the rider.

 

Yeah, it's some crazy ****... i did kick a car during the 2nd week i started riding cos he just suddenly cut into my lane 1) without signalling 2) when i was right beside him 3) when he formed up in a right turn only lane but wanted to go straight 4) i jammed brake and a blast horn, car beside me also horn for me, and he just continued on.

 

I caught up with him at the next junction and gave him the WTF?! sign, and he pretend never see. So i kicked his door in anger, and caused a big dent (i was wearing office shoes with those solid wooden heel base). He still ignored, and when light turn green, he SPED off. Was at the entrance to PIE, he went at 70kmph, then in the expressway proper he went in excess of 100kmph and weaved in and out of traffic. And yes, i chased him for a while, but after 1.5km or so, i started to calm down and laughed to myself wondering what will his reaction be when he sees the dent later...

I do that sometimes when i turn into PIE from TPY, the whole going into lane 1 thing. But usually it's because in the morning, lane 4 exits to stevens road, lane 3 is big lorries, lane 2 is vans, and then lane 1 is the only lane going at 80kmph. But i don't one-shot shoot into lane 1 upon entering, i always do gradual lane change, and one lane at a time.

Dude, if Singapore allowed guns, I'd be in jail for life already leaving lots of dead drivers behind already. Anyway if Singapore drove how they did in lets say certain parts of US, they'll be dead already.

Well you never know. At this rate of growing animosity between riders and drivers, at some point of time after the suppressed emotion is going to explode.

 

I dont mind if a driver make a mistake and acknowledge his/her mistake. More than often or not, their face is as thick as the car they are driving in and pretend not to see or know they have endangered someone else lives. You tell them off, they will give the standard answer "Oh, I did not see you, Oh you should be in my blind spot, Oh, I have already signal".

 

I have already given up single bit of hope that these drivers (without bike license) will change for better. As the population grows with more FTs, things will only get worse.

 

I will just ride fast. Away from selfish, blind, deaf drivers.

Now that is what I call a road bully. Only dares to do such acts when inside a car. Step outside totally gutless.

Lately I notice the motorist in singapore are getting impatient n more selfish... last week encounter a car beside me squeezing into my lane without signal... honk also bochap.. the driver still holding her fon n never look at me...

 

The same nite another driver also squeezing into my lane without signal as thou he is driving luxiry car must give way to him...

 

Last nite because of the lanes diversion making way for the new mrt line...n alot of bend.. while negotiating the bend at my own lane a bloody taxi from the right lane going into my lane... and all this happen around seligie.. little india area.. n i think its 1km radius...

its a norm.

First an illegal u-turn, had to e-brake and nearly hit him... Few seconds later he change lame to his right while having a left signal on... Once bitten, twice shy u know? Had to put a stop to his reckless and aggressive driving before someone else gets hurt...

we understand as we riders are always in the downside and will end up worse either critically injured or dead on the road. But still it does not mean drivers can do this freely. Even if a driver knock down a pedestrian or another driver/rider its called manslaughter....and at most 2 years max jail like the idiot case who ran back to his country. I can tell you alot of drivers no balls only thing big inside the car and think hes always right. I know you guys had the experience esp if your riding on a middle lane maintaining speed and there is other vehicles in front of you when suddenly this bugger driving signal or don't signal and just come into your lane and forcing you to veer of to safety or even into another vehicle. It happened to me quite a few times...tulan already. Must put barb wires on my wheels next time like death race and tio his tyres better. Scold2 shout at them also no point...waste my saliva...

Today while exiting pie at clementi, witness something that made me shake my head big time. 2-lane slip road turning into 3-lane main, a van was on the left lane, and a Jaguar was infront of me on the right lane. The Jaguar driver looked right, then just swerved out onto the left most lane of the main road. The problem was, the oncoming traffic wasn't clear. A vios had to jam break to avoid hitting him. And had the van moved off too, it would have been at least a 4 car accident due to the traffic being quite heavy.

 

Some drivers, think they drive big car they king. Hope they kena jialat jialat accident sial.
