your clutch free play is further now? check your chain slack, tyre pressure, eo, spark plug & air filter etc. Minor stuffs. Just hope you don't have the problem of worn clutch plate.

hmm tyre,chain tension n plug is all ok but i suspect its the clutch plate give prob. I will try to look fo Mr Cheong net week sianzzz By the way if happen there is a need 2 change wat is the cost for that plate? hope not 2 ex bah

raining season contributing to this problem perhaps? I still remember when my clutch cable snapped when I was near warren golf course in the middle of the night and had to push start WITHOUT any clutch cable and ride to a work shop without clutching in, holding gear 3/4 and do U-turns etc

I am going to ask the obvious:

1) Is the engine-kill switch off?

2) Do you have petrol? Is the fuel switch ON?

 

Your battery is not dead because you have the Neutral light on. Is the engine cranking?

your battery may just not have enough juice to start the engine, its possible that charging it is all you need to do. also, it could be your spark plug that's wet from being left in the rain...

Hi guys, I think my throttle grip is loosen, i can turn the throttle grip in a clockwise direction, instead of the usual anti-clockwise direction when increasing acceleration. Mine currently is using the original handgrip that comes with the bike.. May I know how much does an original pair of handgrips cost? Or do you have any recommended handgrips that are good?

stocks are less than 12 bucks at LAB I think, I changed mine back to stock few months back.. because I wanted to put my balancers back on..

Sometime my bike need to press 2 to 3 times to start,

EO is usually changed every 1500/2000/2500 km by people here, spark plug is usually changed together since it doesn't cost much.

What is the balancer for????

i can hear "Tik Tik" sound from my bike's right side,

this is called normal??? pls advise.. thks

yeah...normal..

the sound u heard most probbaly from your exhaust system...expansion and contration sometiems produce thos sound...IMHO
