Not for myself though... Coz i dun track... Never really have a interest in that... I ride coz i just like it...

 

We do organise little outings... Haven really reach a level for touring or tracking yet... Well, maybe u could help wif that... We could use a little help from u...

Although I was thinking if you guys are keen, we could do like a half a day ride to somewhere in JB, like sedernak or mersing, which have great roads for riding. We could start at 7, go there for breakfast, and be back by 1-2pm. Or alternatively, arrange for supper at A&W or something. (Yummy!)

i've just changed to a BMC race air filter. I think there's a slight diff in the sound, seems a bit louder. My fren comment that too. And riding feels like much more...hmmm...smooth i guess. I wonder if it will increase HP?

Gonna test machine tonite i guess...c if now i can see 299 on my speedometer......hahahahahaha

Or a short trip on the highway to ayer keroh overhead bridge RnR and get some yummy waffles with ice-creams. but first, we have to gather people, which is the difficult part...haha. Dun have to gather all, but at least 6 to 7 bikes will be good enough for a start?

There's 2 types of BMC filter. One is normal after market. The other is a race one. I got the racing BMC filter...errr...i forgot the price. Btw 100 to 150 i guess.

My fren riding K7 600 said he clocked 281 before.

yes...i heard about the crash from my fren. and it was bcoz of another rider playing endore right after finishing line...right? meaning he suddenly jam brake at that grand stand straight, and the ducati behind crashed on him. It is tragic and unnecessary. Keeps me thinking, going for a track day sumtimes can have high risk. U hav lotsa riders in the track...very slow, slow, average, fast, very fast....even playful riders. Hmmmm......i wd prefer to go for normal days where there's fewer riders on track. Nvm if hav to spend a bit more. Fabian nvr go for track days coz he said its too dangerous...quite true u know.

 

Anyway Mr Crumbs...i heard u won 1st plc...congrats!!!! U hav proven the new cbr600rr7 is a good bike on track..even on stock. How i wished i cd be as good as u.

prankster.......i believe the racing BMC has bigger holes then the normal one. So it gives better air intake.....i think. And BMC filters are washable, so shd be able to be used for life....i guess...nvr try before...hav to try to know.

Hmmm....i'm not sure the stock filter hav to be changed after 1 year. Coz it also depends on how often u ride yr bike, n where u ride yr bike. I asked mentong, motoworld, he said 10,000 can changed air filter oredi. I changed mine at 12,000. My bike about half year old. Now i'm testing my fuel consumption. Will update u guys.

 

Niway our stock spark plug can be changed when hit 20,000. Rite? Coolant flush, and changed new one at 35,000. Mentong told me these.

Scraping knees is easy la bro, a few track sessions and you'll find it's second nature. I dun know anyone who hasn't been able to scrape their knees at the track. Well, they all do so eventually anyway.

Alrite, but i can only go for short trips such as half day trip or somethin... Not more than that... Coz got curfew lah...

 

Regardin the crash, this is the 1st time i hear bout it.... My condolence to the rider... May he rest in peace... At least he died while doing somethin he loves...
