Does anyone know other then Boon siew, where can get my bike repair? I went down to boon siew and they told me that they run out of stock for the parts liao... need to wait for 2 to 3 months for the it. i need it done urgently as theres abit leaking of E.O due to the scratches.http://www.geocities.com/night_ranger84/Image000.jpg

wah got leak ah??? hmmm....den must change liau. if not can jus cover with carbon cover casing. try ask motoworld if they hav NRC(if i remember the name correctly) eng/clutch cover casing for cbr6 07. but dis is consider racing parts i guess....not sure whereelse cd get stock honda eng casing. have u tried FJT???

Oh... ok i intend to get the whole casing change. But today i just went to afew shops and they all told me need to order and wait for shipment.

I got my HRC Air Filter Element liao!!!! Product is really AWWWLSOMEE!!!!

 

HRC Race Filter is really meant for Race only no doubt about it...because if you use it on SG road most probably you will soon get your piston jammed...

 

I was real happy when I received it but now really cracking my head how to use it...the HRC Filter looks is actually a STRAINER instead if a FILTER...you pour sand on it and I can tell you every bit of sand will go through...it is only 2 layer of metal gauzing and no sponge no nothing!!!!

 

Guys really hope you all will think twice before purchasing a race filter...

hei guys anyone use stock tyre for track? and anyone do SUSPENSION SETTINGS ?

 

If i'm not wrong, Maman used stock tyres for track.... According to him, its quite alrite... U can ask him for more details...

that time late is not me late....we all already meet up and on the way to PG oredi..but sumthing happen to one of our fren's bike so end up reach PG late.

A pic can explain everything...see no sponge and nothing except for 2 layer of metal gauzing...use this filter is like not using anything at all...Dust and sand can pass through it so easily...

Piston jams can be caused by a few reasons...and one of it is caused by dirt and sand particles going through your air filter and into your engine...I experienced it before...act smart removed the filter from my KR and guess what...after around 9 months I encountered my first piston jam...overhaul and 3 months later another jam...then I ask my mech why problem keep coming back then he ask me where is my air filter...that is when I realized my mistake...
