i support zero gravity but.... VERY EX.... and sometime no stock got to wait for months

 

guys, i wana buy windscreen, undecided between puig & ermax.. or maybe zero gravity?? hehehe i noe its nt much difference, but im more concern bt the looks... scared it looks too big..

hi u guys.... im new to the cbr 600 group... so need some advice on my bike... pls help me... and thank u for ur time...

 

Q1:when i start my bike, at what temp is it ok for me to move off??

 

Q2:what at temp is considered 'hot' for my bike till e fan is activated??

 

Q3:what at temp is it considered 'hot' for my bike that i must stop my bike to let it cool down??

 

pls answer in details... thank u

Q1 45-50 can move le

Q2 106degree or less for mi fan will activated

Q3 when the temp light when on u need to stop lol

Q1 : i wait for at least my bike temp to reach 60 and move off...dats where the rpm starts to settle down if i observed correctly.

Q2 : Fan will activate when hit 104...plz read yr manual

Q3 : Refer to manual to see wat is the overtemp limit(overtemp led will light up)....coz i cant remember...but if yr bike reach dat high...plz check yr fan is functioning or any leakage of coolant.

Maybe this will help a little bit in deciding ur windscreen choice. Im using Zero Gravity DB, bought at HKL for $130.

Btw im abt 1.78m tall, so the reason the stock windscreen was the first thing i changed on the bike was because the original screen cuts across the tachometer when im riding.

 

The Zero Gravity Double Bubble is a good 1 or 2 inch higher, thus the lip of the windscreen doesnt cut across the displays.

 

Just my 2 cents'.

well most cl2 bike maintaince is higher then any smaller CC bike, it also depend on how you use it and how well you want it to maintanince. I know some ppls dont usually service their bike that soon, some ppls have the habit to do it in 1-2mth.... so it's all depend on you.

It totally depends on how u ride...

Full tank till ur last bar starting to blink is about 260km ++

 

A full tank can last (4 me) about 1 week (when the last bar is blinking).

I just got a 600RR 05 and i realise i've got this problem, if i dun warm up my bike and ride, eg. morning i just start and ride off. My engine will cease after a short distance.. y ah?? :weep:

well....engine havent 'hotted' up mah....plus all the liquids of ur engine oil not lubricated well in ur engine....relaX brO...finish up a stick (if u smoke) b4 revvG it up...

im sure u have fun upp to 299km...trust me...been der done tat...280kmh stock on mine... :cheers:

ur idling is too low

try adjust abit

Cbr600RR

05 RR with laser extreme moving around north east area~ :cheeky:
