I've always been very fond of front brakes. I pretty much dont use the rear brake at all.. That's why i spent $400 odd to convert my cub to telescopic forks with hydraulic brakes. If i get a cub again i will do it again. ;)

hey ppl my bro just bought a c70 and was wondering if you guys can recommend or know where to mod the headlights handlebars and speedo to those like the c50 where the headlight is round and located just below where it is now? OR if its even possible in the first place.. hahah thanks so much for your help!

Some of the members have done it over at JB, I believe so?

I managed to locate this bike shop called Soon Fah Motors along changi road, well according to him, he said can transform your boxy C70 into the old school super cub kinda look.

I wanted to get a quotation from him, but I met up with accident recently so wasn't able to do so. The rough price he told me was not more than 1.3k to 1.5k if I remembered correctly (ok not confirm, i must check with him but ya roughly), inclusive of welding all the vintage parts, getting the old school seat, changing whatever boxy stuff to rounded, new paint job etc etc.

I think... That will be like really convenient, save you the time to travel around and running up and down places to source for parts?

Just my 2 cents worth..

:)

Braap braap and away!
