woo.. just did full service. block piston all ok but inside the engine all koyak man. haha got metal bits parts torn apart inside the left crank case. timing belt sprocket wear off. engine oil stuck inside never pump into the camshaft.

cost a bomb man =[ and upgrade carb to ex5! =] better pickup respone

This is a C90?? OMG...

Then my C90 is very lucky. It is in good original condition, with its original metallic green paintwork, stickers and the 'Supercub' emblems.

 

I just replaced all the signal light covers with new ones and also brand new original mirrors which I got for $36 a pair (b4 GST). I also wrapped the IU with the same colour 'leather' as my seats. Makes the bike looks newer.

 

Guys I need to find a workshop that is good with old school Honda cubs. I wan my C90 in good hands. Any to intro?

haha 210rm actually but now no money alreadi. spent like $200 on the wr oh btw the other day sorry to bother u ah, spark plug wet ah actually, then now $100 on honda cub. bt lucky c70 once fix everything another problem will come not anything soon. =]

 

kelvin, where u got the frame? u import isit? i found the website but the frame plus shipping $1200 total.

If go scrapyard can buy the frame or not ah/

mine is an older c90. FE plate, reg 1985. previous msian owner's workhorse. yeah agree it needs lots of works.. anyway, keeping my options open.. either restore or another mod project.

my cub died on me. keep stalling. check the spark plug everything seems ok.

then alot of fuel leak from my carb, the air intake part to my front fender cause i didnt put airbox. is that the problem i keep stalling?

does it stall when you throttle a bit more? it still manages to ride for a while under 40km/h with little throttle?

 

if that's the scenario, it sounds like your stator coils are going soon, probably need to change so that your sparking would be constant.

anyone has the original conical shaped C70 exhaust to trade with?

 

can't seem to find any along rowell area anymore. mine is the thai made banana shaped type. relatively ok condition no rust. hope to find someone to swap with.

haha i not sure also the problem. brought to jb then service cost about 20rm then can work alreadi. they said the oil intake something wrong.

 

anyways i got that pipe, but i using haha, can find at jb i forgot which shop, at lorong bapok the other day i went and i saw, not sure about the price

hey guys i was just wondering if the C70dd can fit the handle grips with the old school type like the one in the picture? And where can I get it? It looks the same like those from Tong Aik for vespas, but I dont want to end up getting something that cant fit my cub. Thanks!
