Hi guys, I went to Kempas for C70 parts yesterday.

They have got wide variety of parts for C70.

Anyone interested in joining us for the next trip?

the EJM 1-2 exhaust for our bike really attractive, unfortunately its "loud" pipe :(

power ah the exhaust....whats the damage?

I was quoted RM120 for the twin power but maybe fx110 can get cheaper. C70 parts won't cost much. Real damage is when you get the attention from LTA...:)

Btw, my mechanic friend told me that C70 engine oil could last us very long.

What's the mileage that requires eo change?

Ah Boy can get Taiwan/Thailand made 428 X-ring :)

EO changed, i just follow recommended by service manual which is around 2000km. :)

Wah! 189,000 still haven't overhaul.....goes to show how reliable the cub's stock engine is.

 

I change EO every 2000km. My C70 only 45,000km but engine still tip top.

I am not concerned about sacrificing acceleration a bit. I am more for comfortable riding. Mine stock C70 cruise comfortably at 70kph, top speed I think about 85 to 90kph but at top speed I find the rev too high to be comfortable.

the white blok on most right side are not countable,

the C70 meter only can show up to 99,999km, maybe you have other way to count the millage?

change to 15T will reduce the rev at the same speed or increase speed at the same rev.

15/36 for stock engine maybe u will feel "heavy" to go...

But i am not sure about stock sprocket C70 for SG model, i guess is 14/36.(can check with FJT, referring the parts catalog):cheeky:
