hha... well said... the idea is to come forward with a plan and announce to everyone...

 

details like where can present us with a list of choices... then all vote...

 

some might feel that its just a forum outing.. no need to plan that much... however, i feel otherwise... more planning is involved compared to when you're meeting your everyday friends...
