not talking about running in here leh...

Well .. it's the starting of using the bike running in, that lead u to piston scratch ... the slack comes when u need to adjust your carb air intake ...

Another answer is u ride that speed, almost to Wave max speed .. thus it's a "blow carbon" process, the bike get's lighter, where u feel like no power or pickup ..

...hi Barkayoroo.....if ur bike does not gives out white smoke...when u pump the throttle up....or heard any abnormal noise....or any leaks... that's the tell tale sign that ur bike is healthy....as 4 the supposedly 800ml. of oil pours out instead of 500ml.is quite normal as there should b somewhere someplace still holds ur 300ml.of oil... especially if u use heavy/thicker oil.........warm up the engine b4 draining/replacing new oil........see how it goes.....it is impossible 2 get back 800ml.of pours... on a quoted 800ml.crankcase....there should b some variation.

..........decided 2 do?.....then do it!.......2 do nothing is 2 get nothing..........

I guess most of the 4 stroke cubs have this problem though. Juz monitor your engine oil weekly will do. I always check my Honda Wave engine oil once a week.

My theory of what i think is dat the engine of the cub is small so when it's very hot it will cause thinning of the engine oil which means by the end of the week u will see the engine oil lowering down. Not too sure though. I got this theory also my fren tell me one.

From What i know Esso Pace 4T is 10W40 right?

Usually air cooled engines r recomended to use 20W50. In the end it's up to individual to use any viscosity they wan.

to check for white smoke, you really need to open the throttle to the max before you can see it. But don't red line the engine lah, haha. It's a common sight to see those who pillion, when they accelerate, will have smoke. Just opening abit won't have white smoke. So i guess the oil disappear when you accelerate fast (more throttle).

Hello Guys,

need anyone who has experience in this.

1 ) How do you confirm the rectifier is spoil?

2 ) If change, how much would it costs?

After changing the batt, i feel tat the headlight will fickle when idling speed. Only when accelerate will the light become brighter. The light is not dim when neutral gear but i feel that it is not bright enough.

any kind soul, please advise. thanks.
