Old HDB blocks have taps on ground floors. However these taps turner have been removed to prevent misuse.

 

All you need is to go to the nearest hardware shop, tell them u looking for tap turner. and ta da~ free permernent solution!

bro..hdb have gotten smarter lah..nowadays mostly even the pipe they remove oredi so pipe turner also no use..

huh i just when to wash my bike at 2nd link gelang petah on friday.. then Saturaday rain .. wash my money .... I stay at woodlands also who want to wash bike come find me lah my house mutli here also 20 cents.

theres a multi story carpark in tampinese. the hose can use for FREE. went there to wash with my fren twice. but now he go NS no more kaki to wash with. anyone wan can pm me. haha
