yes it is

cause u are afraid to pump in too much petrol right?

the tank so small...when it comes to topping up petrol...u need gd skill w/ controlling the pump flow and gd luck to u when u kena screwed up pumps

confirm will spill abit of petrol out

im getting ard 150KM per tank now....

usually will go topup after i've travelled 130KM

 

one time experience of petrol run out on expressway has made me decide that its better to pump in advance and not speculate how much distance u can cover w/ the remaining petrol in yr tank

i am getting 190km for my run in stage from 60-70km/h

 

then now getting 180km for 70-80km/h

 

now after 500km i am getting around 175km for 80-100km/h

 

whahahaha!!!! full tank is 4.5l

i always get ard 150-160km (not including reserve), & i go pump full full to e brill e most onli 3.7l, NEVER NEVER got e chance to pump close or more than 4l.

Hmm.. Other than the main milage meter which cannot be reset, can we fix an additional milage meter which can be reset?

 

Something like SP's meter?

 

I can't be bothered to count and remember the milage when I pump petrol every alternate days..

u should try to improve yr memory instead of tryign to figure e meter thingy!

i go around 170-180km than pump till 3.5-3.7L. Can say very gd liao lor. If fuel meter touchs redline, dont worry coz still can travel at least 10 -15km more

got my 175km with out touching reserve....or rather i only reach the first tip of my redline then i pump liao...so i think mine can go further...

Btw , I m getting 53km/ l from my recent pump.. really a hassle to pump every 1-2 days... if got 10l tank kit would be shiok!

so i guess the F.C for this bike can vary quite abit depending on speed u travel

when we pump petrol, NORMALLY we'll put to main stand.

as usuall, e front wheel will touch e ground.

 

here's mine:

i change to a slighty longer shocks, change my IRC tire (using back stock rims).

in e end, main stand too short, i had to send to weld it longer.

 

as wat i've written in my 1st paragraph.

'WE ALWAYS PUMP PETROL WITH MAIN STAND, FRONT WHEEL TOUCHING E GROUND.'

i try to make my REAR WHEEL touching e ground instead of e front on my main stand.

tis way, it can allows u to pump in more petrol.

 

dun believe mi, e next time u guys go pump petrol.

do it e usual way (front touch ground), u pump to full, den slowly make yr rear wheel touch e ground, u'll notice u can actually pump in some more.

 

i used tis method ytd in JB, got it up to e full brim.

travel ard 70+ km for ytd & 2day. (80km/hr - 110km/hr)

guess wat, e fuel indicater still stays above e red line. . .

it actually makes mi wonder if it's my indicater is spoil~!!!

u guys go try & like mi koe.

new method....i always very scared, cause once reach red line, i quickly go pump liao...dont waste time, dont want to have no petrol on the road....

travelling speed for 2day ard 90-110.

wah X1 has better fuel economy than wave man. Aiyah my wave the max i can ever pump is 3.4L. I have to push my bike to the petrol station. In the manual it state 4 L but in reality is only 3.2L the max u can pump in.

 

Oh yeah i travel 130 km before hitting reserve. Travelling at 80 - 90km/h

it works!!

so far travelled ard 70km and my needle from overshot F position reach the F line
