Nice magna! Kiamh, if you need help viewing I'm sure many of us will be willing to go down to help molest the bike...the guy's living in woodlands so the one who lives in the land of woods around a circle will probably go.

are u able to archive the sms for at least 5 years? even if u get an Anton Piller Order on him u cant get the sms back as it resides in the hp that was sending the sms or at best the SIM card, so yes the need to sign the agreement is there, thats the black and white that is crucial here, even if bank transfer he can refute he didn't requested for that amt even though u have the sms....

 

At the end if the day what ppl wan is not to have past issues to hound them back, but so long as ur comfortable, this arrangement is ok...

unfortunately I only need a transport bike for now & a valk is way overkill

same thought here.. it's very decent collector bike and you wont find another one comes by in market.

 

price will be less than sportster range.

Hmm...boxer engine. I heard from Tony (a friendly guy we sometimes meet at GP R&R) that with enough throttle and clutch control one can keep a boxer-engined BMW absolutely still without putting your feet down.
