hi guys, have been looking around and reading here n there about these 2 bikes. and now i'm wondering how very different are these two bikes in terms of:

 

-handling

-fuel consumption

-weight

-and reliability

 

would like to hear those who r riding either one of these ride or have rode it before. open for opinions.. thanx!

-handling - almost same

i always try to read naked bikers *oops* bikes- GSR 600

but over 200 pages mixed of tcss and useful facts... :)

hope there's better arrangement of info on specific area.

You can search for key words/posts in the thread itself.

Above the first post of the page, there is a menu bar.

One of them says, "Search this Thread".

 

Viola!

Relevant information as search results comes out. Cuts down searching over 200 pages in to viewing several posts only.

i chose SpecIII even thou i had the money to buy GSR400 and more. haha..

how much will a new GSR 400 & spec 3 cost?

Busa is the best all round bike $$$ can buy! Sports handling, High speed stability, Long distance touring, Riding comfort, Built quality, Crowd-attracting beauty all rolled into a SINGLE bike.

It is the epitome of motorcycle engineering! :lovestruck:

 

Fuel efficiency can get up to 23km/l or 9km/l depends on speed & how u ride it.

Typically can get ard 16km/l

I dunno whether that is true or not but I do know so far only one GSR forumer is CONSIDERING to sell his GSR n he had received alot of responses but he not responding to them haha :angel: Key in a search for ppl selling Vtec and you will see ard 40 ads and this excludes the no. of vtec sitting in the bike shops. Resale price will depend on the forces of demand and supply, So u tell me which one will have more demand? Cheers

anyway, i miss wildcard.

got a fren working as honda regional sales rep and researcher say not even prototype is being worked on. they just improve bits of electronics and engine nia for every batches of specIII

dats wat i heard too.. they say that the spec4 is juz another version of spec3 oni dat they improve on the engine and other stuffs. basically the new s4 would be more on performance from wat i know..

hahaha!! but evryone would love to have a ride that's an eye-turner right? dats where the gsr is on an advantage.. extra plus points for underseat exhaust too.. *drools~*

get a vtec 3... dun make GSR so common... :D

gsr have killer tail looks & headlights....

but super 4 is everyone choice...
