no lah vidak, cos thinkin @ tat time, wouldnt it be better to move the mit & move off location nearer to the customs, cutting short the journey..

 

&, hopefully, i can mk it to the timing... :pray;

 

oh... ha its ok... I was at the same time trying to drag the timing to reach the customs as tomorrow the jam might last really long... by moving off wcm at 10.30pm we should be quite safe... :cheeky:

Weekly Friday Night Out

 

DATE: 25th December 2009 Friday

MEETING VENUE: West Coast McDonald's

MEETING TIME: 2200Hrs (10:00pm)

MOVE OFF: 2230Hrs (10.30pm)

 

Itinerary:

WCM - SGP 2nd link - dark and scary trunk roads - GP 777 - SGP 2nd link

 

 

  • Toll Charges:
    SGD 0.70¢ per In/Out via Cashcard;
    RM 1.60 per In/Out via Touch'n'Go

 

Checklist:

  • Valid Passport with more than 6 months to expiry.

 

  • Ringgits for own use(i.e. Toll, food & petrol);

 

  • Sufficient credits in Cashcard; Touch n Go card;

 

  • Filled up White card;

 

  • Please come in at least T-SHIRT, JEANS/PANTS & COVERED SHOES; Jackets & Gloves optional but encouraged;

 

  • R@!n gear.

 

since its christmas, we will detour onto route J4! :cheeky:

what is J4?

 

its a road... since its alphabet is J, it is a road in johor.

 

no.4 indicates that it is road no.4 of johor...

Back! And showered, and went 1 round round the dam, and nobody we know is there. :cheeky:

 

Thank you Mr Vidak for showing us the trunk road. :D

I got a video of it from my helmet cam, but the cam's angle is wrong when the wind blow. :(

 

Sorry guys, after playing hide and seek with the nut, I took a bit longer to get the screw in.

Motorcyclist are the nicest people on the road, try not to kill us.

back home still reeking strongly of petronas petrol thanks to a little mishap at GP petronas... :sian: after a nice bath no more petrol smell liao! :angel:

 

my bad on missing snapel making a left turn after the 1st traffic light after our makan session. never get to explore the trunk road otw to GP shell. it was fun riding on the dark roads littered with potholes on the way to 777 though, thanks vidak for leading the way. :cheers:

 

our next outing will fall nicely on new year's day! 1st day of 2010!

back home still reeking strongly of petronas petrol thanks to a little mishap at GP petronas... :sian: after a nice bath no more petrol smell liao! :angel:

 

my bad on missing snapel making a left turn after the 1st traffic light after our makan session. never get to explore the trunk road otw to GP shell. it was fun riding on the dark roads littered with potholes on the way to 777 though, thanks vidak for leading the way. :cheers:

nah, managed to notice the potholes early and siam them nicely. tires never go inside the potholes at all! :angel:

see how... well with two tanks you can transfer all the unneeded petrol into the other bike before moving out...
