I failed 1.02, wth, the guy told me my stopping abit wobbly i fail liao... I starting not wobbly one, because i stop at a fast speed but still quite smooth. I think i got a few hidden mistakes he never tell me.. I change gear during bend, went above 20kmh in the oval bend.. Anyway its my first time and i dont want to fail another time, any tips?

Dropped bike twice, in 1.01 and SP.

It's ok, at least now you fail better then failing on the road. If you fail(accident) on the road means good luck.

 

But don't be disheartened, you should see my training book back then. That's what you call failing. But work hard, try to stop slowly that's all i can say. Then for the bend, try to keep it low speed, cos you guys juz learn then corner at high speeds got a certain degree of danger there.

I guess pehaps u shdnt even start taking bike lesson if u r afraid of failure.. Lesson 1.02 is just the starting line.. lesson 6 onwards than u'll know whats worse..

totally agree... better to master the skills properly before going out to the roads. money lost can be earned back, limbs lost cannot. i failed a few times on the road (buang inclusive) and was darn lucky to survive the last accident without losing any limbs :p

 

be patient, master the required and progress you will :thumb:

Hmmm.... Wobbling when stopping is usually due to the rider looking at the floor when stopping. Try to look straight while stopping next time, rather than looking at the stop line. As for gear changing, it is better and easier to do them before a bend rather than with the bike leaned over. Hope it helps.

 

With more practice, I'm sure you'll make a good rider in future.

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

all of us will have some problems... for those that are gifted will have less.

 

but all go thru the same process... if you are a bit weak at certain areas, thats where the self-practice comes in...

 

although i passed all my bike licenses with first attempt, i will not be shy to admit that i do spend alot of time (and $$$) in self-practice so that i can max my chance on the first attempt.

because my narrow plank very weak.

8.01 most of the time is immediate failure. sometimes i clear narrow plank already, i got 20+ points. that moment i already immune to failing already.

as i already dump in 250+ for my pract 8.01 alone.

if u wan ur license badly.. then don't gif up.. a failure is just a stepping stone for u to improve urself even better..
