EPK: Will the Stock Auto one give way uh? Getting a MCCT is like somewat a cheap insurance just incase the ACCT gives up or screws up. But so far I see online no one complain about the Auto one leh. EPK you got change for ur R6?

I had no problems with the stock auto one so far. But I've known of some people changing it too. They do track often though. Have never heard of anyone complaining about the stock one giving problems though. If you feel its a cheap assurance then go ahead. Your ex drz had the MCCT too?

Gilera high maintenance? Oh no! Unlike most of you, I don't go through 2B & 2A bikes. My first bike is R6.

 

Think I'll just get the cheapest wave maybe? But I want automatic bike! Lol

i'm using the tail tidy with R6 logo and white light bought at unique..

so far very good works well till now almost 1 year already

And if you do get, make sure you tighten properly.. too tight will wear the bearings, too lose you'll skip teeth.. either way it'll spoil your motor if you don't do it properly.

 

Better to replace it with the stock tensioner again if it wears out, if you don't know what you're doing. But ex drz rider shouldn't be a problem lah

I also haven heard of R6 Acct giving up. DRZ is infamous for their ACCT, or shld I say suzuki? HAHAHA!

 

Even though they said they had improved their ACCT on the DZR I still switched to MCCT. Cheap insurance and peace of mind la! LOL

Haha! I always adjust it whenever I changed EO. I think its more famous for suzuki bikes la. Yamaha so far not many complains. Only afew isolated cases. We cant be so heng and lucky to kenna right? HAHA

I change my own BAZZAZ maps and helped change my friend's PC3 USB Map.

Haiz...jz changed my ignition coil. Luckily only one burned out, no resistance reading on cyclinder no. 1. Bike sound like duc, haha... Anyway changed it for SGD140.

It's a very common problem. Don't worry about it. Just be prepared for the other 3 to give way soon..
