I think you shld just have your throttle body n TPS cleaned first, before replacing. That shld solve the problem I guess.

Hi bros..facing a problem with my r6 08. I was riding my bike yesterday when i realised that the radiator fan did not turn on when the temp reached 100C. Thought it was a one-off thing but after a few times the bike reach over 100C the fan still did not turn on. The bike temp went all the way up to 120C so i quickly off my bike and let it cool down. The coolant was spurting out from a small tube at the bottom right side of the engine. Any bros here know whats the problem? Could it be the relay for the radiator fan or something more serious?

I was told the stock radiator cap does not hold well for our bikes in this climate. I changed mine when my mech realized that my spare coolant was almost empty. Even more so when i use engine ice. Best to check the simple stuffs -

1) Does the thermostat work?

2) Coolant level top up?

3) Radiator fan kick in?

 

Get it to the mech ASAP. Don't wait for it to burn a hole in your crotch..i mean pocket.

did slaloms at my carpark just now and confirm plus chop only squeal when i goin left..
