Hi guys,

Sorry to interrupt. Need your expertise.

What is your opinion in terms of performance exhaust?

I'm considering arrow, giannelli and prob akra. But Akra is damm ex for me..

Not sure which one to get.

Performance only comes in when you are using Full System(which are not legal). If end can wise, termis GP carries the loudest sound legally for now. Akra end can sounds abit louder than stock. The rest not sure. haha.

Please Don't get arrow or giannelli. Buy the one that you liked. Or you will not enjoy it and have the thought of changing pipes

Totally agree. If you get the wrong one, you will just end up spending more money instead.

If you're just getting end cana lone, just buy the cheapest one or get the one you like the most. End can virtually does nothing to performance. If you want a loud exhaust, just remove the silencer.

I bought the cheapest Leo Vince SBK end can because its cheap (duh) and looks good in carbon fibre trim. Power? I just open throttle and let the exhaust scream.

without the silencer you mean? With silencer, the sound will be soft even whack it hard. haha.

hahaha!

these cheap exhausts online are like forbidden fruits..

Akra Megaphones!!!!!!

anyone tried power abuse ignite? any improvements to performance?

i rather get powercommander instead. =) IMO.

Waste of money bro. Get a racing footrest better.

R6 is all about handling and carrying corner speed.

If u lack power. Get a racing ecu.

Agreed!!!!

ok, got a racing foot rest already!

Then get a ready full set race fairing just in case. =) or a good tires for grip at corners. Cause no matter how much you do, a 1000cc bike will tear you like nobody business. haha. just tried with a R1 recently. The pickup at gear 1 is insane...........

Gd bro, next is suspension. Get t correct spring rate at t fork and aftermarket shock like ohlins, etc.

Handling is more important than power.

If its me, I'll just get in locally since its quite easy to source for them. No need waste money and time waitin or for shipping or fear of ordering wrong products.

What fs are u looking at?

I do it myself with t help of my assistant wife.

Front sag at 35mm and rear 30mm. Thats around t ball park range.

How does yur bike feel that u need to adjust rebound??

Check utube abt this suspension guru dave moss. U can do a search "motofeeder", "catalystreactionsbw", "onthethrottletv".

A lot of informative suspension. Hope this helps.

Cheap + fast = no good

Cheap + good = not fast

Good + fast = not cheap

I always run wide in corners, cos my front end is higher and my rear squats.

Ive seen a table to diagnose the issues for suspension problems wit the signs and symptoms we feel when we ride or track. Great read!
