guys when you fix your HID did you all drill the headlight cap? im doing it myself thought of hiding everything without drilling any hole just incase need to change back to normal headlight. any advise?

HID IS ILLEGAL RIGHT?!! I DON'T DO ANY ILLEGAL STUFF!!

Yup most of us drilled hole onto the headlight cap. If u ever wanna change back to halogen bulbs just get a new cover lor. Haha.

Can be a tiring affair looking out for those guys. No such problems for me since i sold my bike.

guys now i got a problem my hid i ordered did't come with the rubber bushing that seal out the moisture im thinking what to replace it..

 

any suggestion??

Email the supplier. Usually it comes with the rubber seal. If not I think u can order from eBay. Haha

You referring to the speedo backlights? I think most shops can change the bulbs. but the orange/red glow is already nice on the r6.
