It depend on where you go for the inspection for your exhaust. Some dun bother ,for mi , when i install my slip on micron, they didt even start my bike, only took a few photo, and that it, and wait for the letter from LTA.

Current only some bike full system are approve on the road by LTA.

I know micron do not have approve full system.

I only know akrapovic ,arrow,yoshi and GPR have approved full system for some bike.

even like tat also can?

 

So they don't even have a clue whether ur aftermarket headers are legal or not.:sweat:

the probe they stick is a CO level sensor. The dB level sensor is a separate device located at a distance away from the rear of the vehicle/bike.:sweat:

The box is not the same as R1's ex-up. The box's main function is to provide primary muffle to the exhaust noise (just like our normal end cans with packing and serrations), where the secondary muffler is the exhaust itself (look into the R606 end-can, it is virtually a through pipe with a butterfly ex-up valve.)

 

That is the reason why changing of end can only doesn't make the R606 sound as good as others with a aftermarket endcan. Now it only they made the R6 box part of the end-can instead of part of the headers.. lke the K6.. arrghh!!!!

Akra Full system sounds sooo sweet, especially with batmans blue flame cominging out of the pipe.

 

The sound at high end is intoxicating..U Guys have gotta get one.

is there any particular shop tht does modification to cut the silencer box? its obstructing most of the sound thts coming out of it and the end pressure its releasing... lik no powwer like tht... heard somebody say seng kwang is doing it

.... can i know wheres the shop? and do they really do it?
