I sometimes kanah on gears below 6th.. on full accel, the front slowly have the "lift" feeling, then slowly i can feel the oscillations on the handlebars.. example is 2nd link bridge on the way back to SG up the slope, before the crest..

there mus full throttle if not cannot catch kinwei at the turn..

Our balls coated with loose skin and a pocket which doesn't allow much room for grave mistakes.

I totally agree with you that tank slap will happen on the straight at high speed... I went full throttle on my way up to Sepang alone and I found that I had arms pain trying to control the bike a high speed but lucky me nothing happen during the ride up.

 

Tank slap is not a good experience to encounter. If happen to me once on track when I was hit on my right side as I was drifting out from turn 4 to enter turn 5 by a “very fast rider”. Both our bike got stuck together for a few sec before we got free. At that time both bikes were really tank slapping, my balls just drops of my suit when that happens.

 

That’s not all man,… I want on with my riding to take turn 5 & 6… as per normal turn 5 & 6 you don’t need your brakes.. So when I reach the braking point at turn 7. I pull my front brakes but to my surprise I don’t have a front brake lever anymore due to the side impact hit. Just imagine the shock u feel when that happens to u no brakes… I drop to 1st gear and press the rear brake as hard as I could but the bike just not slowing down. So I just let the bike go to the gravel and ride all the way but to pit from there…. Not every time I exit turn 4 and drifting to turn 5 I will look back to see if any one coming from the back not…just incase….hehehehe

i got a tube attach frm engine..tat 1 emitting alot of smoke..even during when i mornin start bike the engine haven even hot got smoke liao...plus high temp easily..n during high temp..the throttle auto rev...no need turn throttle the bike can move at gear 2 or 3 also can...rpm maintain at 2k 3k+ ... i ask bike shop they say is piston ring about to liaoz...faints...

Well it pretty normal for a bike to have smoke out of it exhaust in the morning. sometime it the water vapour that inside your exhaust.

the only thing that i encounter before without turning any throttle and is is moving is becoz the clutch plate going to finish liao so it will move even u nv turn the throttle when u engage in ur gear.so when u try to reverse with ur bike with ur clutch lever engage in,it shld be free-willing but u will find it difficult...for the tube with the smoke i dunnoe liao lo..Hope this help and correct me if i am wrong in anyway....

Maybe you can try other bike shop ,and ask them,see what they can figure out wat the problem.

i would recommend you go unity ,to have it check .

Cos chaning your piston ring is = to over haul.

try.. on the 2nd link bridge, towards sG.. on the striaghts up the slope before the crest, in either 4th/5th gear from pwerband. Me and Ben (antoher R6 rider of abt 55~60kg). We both tried roll on.. halfway up, boh our bikes's handle start to oscillate..

upon hardtank slap, the high forward momentum, coupled with the lateral wheel movement flexes the disc, which in turn pushes the calipers inwards. Thats why you "lost" your braking power. I encounter that also on the 2nd link part. When the slap ended, i pulled the lever (as i was on right most lane, somemore with slight bend) and i have NO brakes.

 

Next time try pumping it a few times (should time allow) and the pistons will be right back on position.
