I rode once wihtout end can. Only Downpipes & header. TP stop, & told me "you very daring hor! Ride w/o end-can!"

 

I told him "my end can broke into 2 pieces, & is in my bag. I am going to SengKwang to weld back"

 

I pulled out the 2 piece end-can from my bag to show him, & he gave up on me.

As long as letter sizes/spacing inbetween letters, plate dimension not LTA standard, the fine would be $70..
