best go to a proper suspension shop to get it done...u dont want to mess up ur oil levels, and mix with ur existing oil. improper suspensions can ruin ur ride.

Use Semi- syn on my bike, tampines to woodlands to and fro.

each shop specialises in suspensions of different brands. these are trained/certified suspension mechs.

Use the Semi's as they fit ur usage..

If want to last long & stiff fronts..use the heavy..

But if want FEEL the meduim/light is orite for R6

But like amba said..have a proper mech do it..

U don want to mess up the internals or settings..

& change the fork seals too..

& they have the best insights on the suspensions setting

& geometry of the bike..
