Im speaking to u in a very honest and open concept, im not in any way angry towards u but im just surprise why are you commenting me on my compliment on Bro 900km's exhaust? im just quoting a simple sentence like " gd system you got there " thats all i ever meant.

 

But how it was written was very arrogant i juz cannot help wanting to know where he got that facts??

 

Anyways wat you say is true this is a R6 thread and things should be discuss about the R6 as im riding one too but if an R1 bro make a post here i guess me replying or complementing him should be ok a i rite as we are all frendly in here. If such actions anger u den well i apologise , my bad ok? i just find it weird that givin compliments actually anger u.

my bike recently always die on road.....battery healthy , can crank . pc3 working fine with gpr full sys... went to racewerk

 

they press select n reset to enter diagnos mode or something , check like those throttle percentage thingy, found out 1 abnormal percentage. should be 15% but it was at 102%, den say its what injector problem throttle valve jamm etc. now percentage is tuned down 35%, bike problem stalling fix but feel like bike sluggish like ****,at times i close throttle at low speed at gear 1 or 2, the speed can remain at 20km/hr with throttle close !!! constant !!! wtf is going on guys ???????

sorry, but i thot PC3 is supposed to take over all the settings after ya installed it?

 

do ya encounter tis problem after ya did ya installed the PC3 and dyno ya bike? or the problem exist before ya install ya PC3?

PC3 is a piggy back system. it only adds/minus from the stock ecu setting.

 

the problem seems to be TPS problem

I know of an R1 bro who used to have the M4 full system on his bike. He couldn't stop singing praises on that system... :angel:

yea amba u got spot on !!!! pc3 everything was okie. the mech did something to the injector or throttle valve thingy and bike was okie not stalling anymore, he oso mention is tps problem thingy ..urghhhh .

wa...actually i also having a little problem here loh...everything everytime when i reach my place,i cut my engine off,the problem is once i try to ON back immediatiely,it can't start even the engine is still hot...got to wait for a while for about 10-15seconds,then crank,then it can start...any brothers out there have the same problem before or actually is normal??i actually seldom ride the bike not that often..but is this a problem??thanks...

Trying hold on your start button abit longer till the crank is successful. I am having this problem sometimes that the 1st crank start with 1 attempt cant works. So i held on the button abit longer and the engine will start.

Might be ur settings have gone try letting the mech do some adjustment kinda like tune it.. heard its a 6mths thing to retune it. i had the same problem after tunning it my bike is back to normal... not that kind of PC3 tuning i mean as in ur normal 1 like wat super4 or carb bike is using it. dun really know how to say it here...:cheeky:

i check up the service manual its called "SYNCHRONIZING THE THROTTLE BODIES" its like a 6mths one time thing depending on how u ride is usually 6mth 1 time thats wat my mech said.. i didnt know it till 18mths of riding haha... then problem came like wat they mention after riding for a while u cant restart while its hot and kinda like need to hold the starter for abit longer then normal.. so get it tune and it will be solve.....:thumb:

Pink R1 is spotted at serangoon garden yesterday nite,08/06/08...i was outside a ktv smoking,dunno the pink R1 was there till he "start his R1",thought is wat bike,till he rode out..then i koe is the Respect R1..finally heard the power of M4 exhuast....haha...

all my friends say LV lOuder .. maybe becOz LV is full system and i re-wrap it befOre ..

Pls lahs, the M4 is definitely a much better exhaust system when its at high rev. If there is a pc 3 den the performance after 12k rpm would be ^_^
and lamer of thinking m4 is much better.....n e ball of fire kp getting bigger n bigger dont u guys think is bo liao regardless of R1,R6 all are yammies rite be it m4 better or lv louder is juz an exhuast wat......

Egg_hwee bro erms i think you need to go read the posts after that and you get e clear picture. Erms i nv commented that the LV is lousy. I just say the M4 is good and infact is complementing Bro 900km's M4 exhaust tas all(is just a simple way of saying you got a good exhaust, no other meaning).

just checking who would like to get a high quality carbon fiber for the tank side cover and side panel? Hoping to gather a few and can get a cheaper price. if your interested i will get more detail and update again...
