Finally seeing you going to track. Too bad can't accompany you. BTW, I remember tat you're using street compound the last time I saw you. Be careful with those, they get heated easily, don't go too many laps with those. Good luck...

heard from my bike shop, market dunlop qualifier is better than our brand new stock qualifier in term of material, true? was quoted about $150 but no stock, but at least better than what advertiser here post much higher.

Nothing outstanding to report..e bike is rock steady..maybe except I heard ppl who use for races..encounter con rod bearing problem of some sort due to insufficient engine oil pressure to lube the whole engine in harsh conditions..

 

Unlike early years CBR1KRR..with stator problem..so far my R6 is good..no complains too frm other R6 riders.

 

For normal road use..its good!!

 

Eh..wait!! I think i remember..early R6 06 to 07 have this TPS(throttle position sensor) problem.

 

Cost $150 for 1 sensor..think got 2.(i may be wrong bout this)

Anyway i was wondering if anyone wants to trade fairing?? i got all black fairing... looking for white/red..

 

Or those who have a good condition oem paintwork and want to send for spray... i take your good condition oem fairings then u use mine to spray....

Thanks for the info bro. The one I am looking at is the 08' model. So wunt risk the TPS problem I guess.
