Hey bro.. Sorry man saw ur rwply so late.. Was out and did nt chk forum.. I stay ard joo chiat area.. My bike considered 90% sold ba.. Had a viewer today who gave me quite a gd offer so most prob once he cfm then by this weekend will settle ba..

Got a msg from someone aso msg mi say int and offer me a price.. When i told him the price i will settle at he told me my long story saying he gt other offers which are lower.. Then say i shld go shop do survey be4 anyhow put price and stuff like tt.. And gave me a timeline to give him an answer if nt he will consider other offers. Cannot take it man.. I'm an owner of a bike leh, he talk to me like i am a sales person who doesnt know hw to do sales.. Damn rubbish..

Don't sell him if you're not keen. Your bike has low mileage. A rare pipe and it's well taken care. Sell when you feel the price is right for you. No rush also.. Chill. Haha.

Had the same problem in the beginning. Sometimes the mech drain the engine oil for a little too long, thus more engine oil is actually required other than the recommended 3 bottles of engine oil.

If you check your dipstick, engine oil indicator should be marked at low.

Just top up a little more engine oil and you'll solve the problem.

My 2cents after my encounter.

Hope it helps!

I used to have that problem on my R6 08, mech said it was probably my sensor problem because i always had sufficient oil. anyway the problem was fully rectified when i did my top service (expensive at almost $1K).

But it didn't affect anything right? Just a 5secs light up. Scared for 5secs.

3 ways of it happening -

1) Engine not warmup, after temp hits 80deg then the light off

2) Doing wheelie

3) Jam brake from fast speed

I didnt monitor if there were any impending consequences, because after 2 months of ownership i decided to do top service plus valve clearance. No issue since then.

To be sure maybe you want to check with the mech to see if its indeed the oil level sensor.

Oh. I think I saw this light once. For my case I think it's because I didn't ride for 2 or 3 days. Since then I don't see that light. Maybe I should try not to ride for 2-3 days and see if I'm right. LOL.

How much was your top service plus valve clearance?

Just bought the bike? How much? Outing is quite rare. Go FB add Joel or wenxiong. Should be much more active there. I guess so.
