Just check in Thailand the stock wattage is 12v 30/30w, but in SG it is 12v 35/35w Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...

hi.. i would like to ask whether wave headlights is same as SP lights? coz SP stock light bulbs oso is 12V 30W/30W stock..

Yeap that means the the Honda SP also uses the HS type bulb but rated 12v30/30watt. TA200 ??

bro, u know how to take out? mus take out that side tail board then can access that light?

Yr S25-1157 bulb has 2 filament, 1 of them is burnt. Time to change to a new bulb.

i have not tried opening up the rear part before

but i think you gonna take out the side boards covring the fuel tank to access the taillight

your wave headlight is it those with 2 stupid loooking light bulbs which shines using thieir 2 layers or tungsten wire inside, diff in that one layer for high beam, the other normal

mine is like that (but dunno diff from yours or not cos mine is 110s)

jus this few days i realise that now a days, the bulb only shine 1 side ley

high beam, left, normal right?

Try the bulb. Get it replaced first and see how. Bulbs are cheap.

Mostly likely 1 of the bulb is blown.

 

Your Wave 110 is dual bulb - HS 12v 18/18watt x2.

Wave-S 125 is single bulb - HS 12v 30/30watt

Current CBR150R is similar to Wave-R 110 - HS 12v 18/18watt x2.

 

I custom ordered a HID for the HS bulb type, it will be here next week. After I install, I will post some pictures. I intend to HID only 1 side, most likely the left-side. Leave the right side for driving light & the HID for use Malaysia, North-South Highway.

 

If you must hv white lights, then there are HS white bulbs in the market but may be poor quality type, otherwise do try HIDs.

HS(H6M-M5 base is P15d-25) is a type of (normal) Bulb, like say H1, H3, H4 & H7(Halogen). These bulbs are use for Bikes as well as cars. HID = High Intensity Discharge - is a lighting system. It is a new system in the market, but has been around for a few years now. The HS bulb is not a Halogen, it has been in the market for a veri veri long time. Difference is great in terms of brightness & price.

Hey, your HID light system is the one with ballast??? Or you meant the HID simulated white bulbs??

 

Anyways, sound interesting. How much you paid for it???
