haha chill bro.. i also kena when i was much younger driving my 'spaceship' modded car.. the police keep asking me "you sure you are singaporean ?? sure ?? " then i asked him.. "unless the IC you holding is fake lor."

and once my friend did ask the road block officer..(he was kinda drunk) after being called outta the cab for screening.. then my friend asked" is it bcos i am a indian ??? the female officer seems panic tho.. haha " no no sir .. just a routine.. "

 

 

tat 1 still consider okok...was come back frm sending my gf, i dun dress up ah tshirts n berms,, wif my 20l KARANA bag, 2 MRT policemans saw me going up the excalator. n they give me a chase(literally) upt the stairs just to stop me..tat was 6pm..peak hours, so u noe how malu i am..

 

tat nvermine..the 2 policeman is my race...1 check my IC (CPL), the other check my karana bag(routine check). 2 stupid mistake they done.

 

1st, the one chking my bag put his hand into my bag to take out my stuff.karan bag difficult to take out stuffs, (for everyone info, even if it is a police doing at ROUTINE SPOT CHECK, u the owner have to show everything to him, the police cant check it himself UNLESS he is finding SOmeting in particular) smthing like u drive car back to SG,at the customs the CISCO wants u to open the trunk urself, he cant open the trunk of ur car.

 

2nd, the person checking my ID ( he comms my IC on his radio)..he still can ask me this ( abng, dulu pernah ada case) "last time u got any case(i.e. crminal)" straight away, i tell him dis, translated to eng " wat kind of Question u ask me, u checking my IC rite, den Y u ask me the Q"..the guy say sorry den keep quite.

 

after all done, i still not happy i make complaint, email the govt feedback website and police website..2 days later, the OC of MRT Police ( i forget wat is the name) called, at tat point of time, he still defending his men, say wat the police got powers to do all these and even can read to me the law, literally.

 

that is his werst mistake,i'm nt lawyer but i read law b4, i werk in law firm b4, so i noe wat is the law.. dun want to go into specifc, he apologies for the "Stupid Q" that his men ask, and also the procedure checking of my bag.

lesson to be learnt, noe ur rights n nobody can eat u.

Hi..just wondering..my friend cg125, kickstart spring broke, go joon seng, they fix the kickstart spring, and not even one day later, the gearbox like got problem.because the kickstart spring quite inside the engine, the process was almost like overhaulin for them. could the process have affected the gearbox? and anyone think if joon seng would provide any warranty for cases like these? thanks

Hi..just wondering..my friend cg125, kickstart spring broke, go joon seng, they fix the kickstart spring, and not even one day later, the gearbox like got problem.because the kickstart spring quite inside the engine, the process was almost like overhaulin for them. could the process have affected the gearbox? and anyone think if joon seng would provide any warranty for cases like these? thanks

 

For this case bro, u just bring the bike back and talk to him nicely. They ok one, they will rectify the problem.
