SFI food

SFI food much more better then those NSmen cook wan... they alway cook mutton and those dunno wat veg taste like grass like tat. Now good like in the army liao... so relax.

Last week went to tanjong gul camp for ICT.

Food was good.

Had western food (half chicken, fries, salad, corn cream soup), hokkien mee, nasi brani, satay with fried rice etc for meals.

 

So much better than the white rice with 3 dishes.

 

Also no need to put chip any more, all computerize liao. Use 11b/IC to scan and do survey too. Pardon me for being sua kua.

 

Last time, I think PLC food is the best, cos there are always crabs and stars going to Tradoc to do war games, so food is good.

 

NS cooks are darn lousy, luckily they are stationed overseas.

Everytoime i vote is give losuy.. Cook hse warrant and manager will all be beside the machine.. once gt ppl put lousy.. they will give u a look and some time will ask how they can improve.. but i see alot ppl put lousy but end up every mths result all is 95% and abv.. how come huh? Sometime even gt 100%!!! Wierd.. i dun rememebr i put ok or good for that mth...

PLC have to see which cookhse also, the one near tradoc is vote num 1, of cus gd lah, the nasi lemak nice. the others not bad also lah, got sometimes the food really veri shiok, can have 2nd helping.

i personally find maybe because they are cooked in bulk, some are either over cooked, some are undercooked

 

sometime tasty but no oil sometime no taste but damn lot of oil

 

and its abit disgusting to feel the greasy but tasteless feeling still lingers in ur throat after lunch

i thought the worst food i had in mi 2.5 yrs of NS life are those in Brunei cook by our dear NS cooks. They SUX!!!! Aft i went there, i really appreciate SFI food. Actually SFI food really ok wan lah, if u all dun hiam so much. Consider they cook in bulk.

to see that it's not formation hq , but DIVISION HQ!

 

more so you'll have a gay looking messing warrant DXO staring at you when you eat. i was told no choice cos he's paid to stare at ppl eat.

it really depends on the camp. got some place really gd stuff.

 

sometimes really hungry, anything also taste gd. one of the most enjoyable time i had if SFI food was when i was out of course,CQ treat me like fren like tht, thattime out field bring back fresh ration, 1 big bucket of drumsticks, both of us buy beer sit 1 corner in training shack & enjoy.

 

i remember i like breakfast time during unit life. lunch & dinner sometimes gd only but i veri gum with the aunties there, so got extra dumstick, extra this & tht everytime

Haha for my camp i think the food is quite bad. Even my officer also put lousy when there's a survey. But then dunno why also suddenly the food got better, Not much complains also.. I remember when i juz posted in to Sta****t Camp, the very first day the served green chicken with starchy lady fingers. At least now better when i posted in 10months ago.

some food are nice

 

my camp got lor mee, nasi lemak, spaghetti, yong tau foo, laska, kway chap, chicken rice etc

 

breakfast sometimes got roti prata, mee siam, fishball noodle, fried egg noodle, western style breakfast..

 

dessert got bean curd, cocktail, ice cream, grass jelly, green/red bean soup

 

but den, the boring stuffs are usually anchovies, wat pineapple rice ar, peanut rice ar, duno wat tau sa pao, corn pao, curry puff, fried bee hoon, yam cake sort of food..

well if for a few concecutive times the SFI pple did nt achieve hw many % of Oks or Great the aunties n uncles will be sacked n new ones will come.

so if u keep seeing the same people means ur food there is ok. or the pple there are too kind.
