Ok i just recently took out a Spec 3 plate FBC only bout 3 weeks old. So yesterday night were out with some friends and they decided wanted to do some donuts and wanted to try on my bike, but it was dam hard to do evn with full clutch release the wheels never seem to skid.

After that i notice my clutch seemed to be further then usual so i just switched it off let my bike take a break, then later when i switch on again i clutch in engage gear 1 and release my clutch FULLY the bike never move, its like idling just standing still. I tried other gears also same

So i readjusted the clutch cable the ones near the lever still cannot then i adjust the nuts at the engine. Now my bike can move but i cant seem to throttle up once i throttle up its like i half clutch the RPM jump up but bike never go faster. Please any1 have any advice

clutch plates burnt? tink u better check ur bike wif de mechanics u trust. :)

Since i adjusted my clutch cables now can move, i can travel at 100 all fine but when i try to power up to overtake or u know like accelerate suddenly, its like half clutch like dat, are these the effects of burnt clutch plate? And does warranty cover burnt clutch plates?

It was a stupid thing to do i agree man but i mean at the spur of the moment every1 was like "come la come la dun worry la" so it was tough to say no la :(

Whats important now is that are these the symptoms of clutch burn? I can now travel at 100 fine but when i throttle up it will go like half clutch. And also is this covered under warranty? *hopes and prays* :(

a 3 weeks old bike, running in is not completed n u tried to do stunts with it? ur friends ask u to try, u can simply say no... if they ask u to use sh1t to clean ur bike, would u want? i dun think so.

anyway, when u rev, ur rpm can go up smoothly? if can, ur engine got no prob. to ans y ur bike cannot accelerate, will most probably b the clutch plates worn due to doing of stunts. n engine will b damn noisy i suppose...

changing of clutch plates, i think shd b ard $120 like that, including a paper seal that seals the cover.

n prepare to get a scolding from the mech. n with this, ur bike can't claim warranty cos this is not factory fault. if its factory's fault then can.

clutch burnt. must change along with new engine oil

Ya lor should take really good care of the bike. Unless got money then can do stunt, provided you mod the bike for stunts. I have a cuz who did a burnout, then clutch plate gone. Take this as an expensive lesson.

According to shop its mostlikely V-tec problem, ask me go back to boonsiew. Any1 know where is the service center? coz called em today but they say cant come today too many bikes so ask me come tommorrow.
