Hi i going to order the scotts rotary damper soon and the price is $738 with security bolts. $727 without.

 

Faster decide.

 

Installation can be done at group level at shop.(must pay abit to mechanic) Cos now the scotts I am personnally ordering.

when you want to trade in you bike to shop , they will say 954 not very popular liao...so they will offer a low price . But when you go to a shop which is selling one 2002 model ....the price is 12k plus ....which says the bike still have market value conpared to the 929

There's a Repsol paintwork 954 selling in the classifieds. SMSed the seller but no reply yet.

 

Any tips on what to look out for that's unique to 954? Like the missing T10 pilot light mentioned by CBR_Rider. U model? Where to find a list of the various sub models?

hmmm.... wear and tear stuff lor. normal things u look for in a used bike. btw 02 early models have headstock recall lor

A bike is only as good as the rider. Some people have to own the latest, fiercest and most powerful bike, nevermind the bike never sees track action. Others prefer good handling and ease of riding fast vs brute power.

u are right. a bike is really as good as the rider. thats why i can't understand some ppl always like to buy the latest and most powerful bike when they can't even do well on their previous ride. no offence to anyone. i llike to think i belong to the former.

Mmm, you are right. Some ppl got to work on Monday. Monday is a replacement holiday for me but my wife is working on Monday. So I'm thinking of going for a ride on Monday, maybe Melaka.
