Don't forget to check the specs of the battery. The Cold Cranking Ampere (CCA) is important. It determines whether it will be strong enuff to crank your bike up to start. I believe you can get the 14S. Pls remember to remove the rubber support on the base of the battery compartment.

Cold cranking amperes (CCA) is the amount of current a battery can provide at 0 °F (−18 °C). The rating is defined as the current a lead-acid battery at that temperature can deliver for 30 seconds and maintain at least 1.2 volts per cell (7.2 volts for a 12-volt battery). It is a more demanding test than those at higher temperatures. (definition from wikipedia)

if i understands this correctly, this CCA is not quite crucial to our climate as we dun require to start our bike at this temperature. but of course higher is always welcome!

different between 12s and 14s is a little larger capacity by 0.2Ah and larger CCA. i think if i can fit that 12S in i probably will settle for that.

heard it will cost me around $180 for the YTZ12s and need to make sure i get the Made in Japan one with orange box and check the voltage of the battery to be 12.4V before installation - guide courtesy of guru ah Peh

Guys a question, is it normal to have the voltage to be max at 13.5V while normal riding, no high rev.

It should be somewhere between 13-14V. I might be getting the YTZ 12s for my next battery change. Once in a while I'm getting the 2nd swipe on my needles after cranking. Batt is coming to 2 yrs old.

MSDS, you wanna tag along this Sat night?

U-turn and u will come back to the opp R&R...

Save u about 15 -18 km... haha I also U-turn at Nusajaya then speed pass this spec 1 riden by malay ah bang... by the time I reach the Gelang patah R&R, he already there eating lah!... Yup... same for me... I'll wait until 1.5k then I move off...

I controlled the speed to get following milelage & gear change below 6K RPM to hit reserve;

Travel condition is Gelang Patah to Tuas (70% high way & 30% common rd).

1) ~80 km/h: 320KM.

2) ~90 km/h: 310KM.

3) ~100 km/h: 300KM.

4) ~110 km/h: 290KM.

5) ~#20 km/h: 280KM.

6) ~#30 km/h: 265KM.

7) ~#40 km/h: 240KM.

8) ~#80 km/h: 215KM.

Currently i keep at 100-110km/h bcoz which is reasonable for my time & $ balance up.

Anyone know what is the most fuel efficient cruising speed for our Revo? I always cruise at 95 - 99... is it ok?

Hmm... So I always stay in the range of 95 - 100 shd be able to hit 300... correct correct... I have about the same mileage for my bike...

Bro, ur #20 and #30 is toking about 120 and 130? Wow... #80 poop my eyes... imagine 180 at the whole tank... dangerous man... but at least we know that going at 180 our tank can reach malacca before hitting reserve... haha

Pls be carefull!!! due to sometime cannot write ## exactly figure bcoz possibility of receive summon for the declaration.

Above #50 must installed with wind sheild. Otherwise u can wheelie without skill especially yr bike installed with rear box.
