since it's street legal, weld it then. :)

or you can purchase security bolts. not sure if motovation is bringing them in.

rien d'autre que le max.

is this an end-can or izit full system including header?

if its end-can, welding it to the header can only help to a certain extent since pple can steal kapoh the entire pipe right?

I believe gpr pipes for 2b bikes, from what i've seen are for gilera runner vxr, sparkx/x1, aprilia rs etc..

Any other bikes on the list for gpr pipes as well?

there are security bolts for some aftermarket mufflers, maybe there are some for ur gpr pipe..

Posted

gpr pipe is spilt into 2-3parts.. just wield all the joints together.. and that will take longer time and harder for the person to steal.. cos gotta remove frm the block tat side..

best option i feel is wield + security nuts/bolts + alarm + bike cover.. haha..

so far the security bolt helps deter coz it's using a special tool-key that comes with the bolt..preventive measures on top of the 2way alarm and welding. :)

2b bike very light... they'll just carry the whole bike.

since its 5 mins to remove it, why not u remove it everytime u park....after all whats 5 mins of ure time compared 2 an ex pipe

Ai yoh....thats way too much trouble. You got to wait til the exhaust cools down first. I bet after 2 weeks, the TS will be too lazy to remove it.

If you do not want to weld it dead, then perhaps you can do some tack welding. Same theft-prevention function, but it is stll possible to remove it albeit with some weld marks.
