Hi nouvorians, juz wanna knw if u guys encounter ur rear brake shoes wear off very fast?

I replaced mine & it lasted me for oni 7K km. Cant be adjusted anymore. I feel dat the wear off rate is pretty fast

As I seldom use nouvo not so sure but my wave too is about 7-8k before it needs to be change.

If you like to use rear brake alwalys like me, I guess is normal.

A pair of rear brake shoes cost is more than front brake pads, tink gotta use lesser of brake but feet instead. Lolz

Hi guys, how often do you send your bike for servicing. The only thing I know is eo at 2000km and service belting at 5000km. What else I need to know? Oil air filter, brakes etc. please help. I'm riding nouvo elegance. Thanks :)

Astroemo: our bike got no oil filter, a new set of V belt, rollers & U-clips can last u for 24k km. Juz a guide for u, fully-syn eo change at 5k, gear oil every 10k, spark plug 10k, air filter 20k, flush coolant & brake fluid 20k, brake pads & tyres will depend on ur usage of bike.

Thanks a lot man really helps a lot. I abused this bike too much and now I think it's time to pay attention more. One more thing, I just had an accident few weeks back, and I find the alignment haywire. I tested it by riding it at 20kmh and let go both of my hand and it vibrates violently. I suspect it has something todo with the steering cone. What do you think?

Astroemo: perhaps u could 1st check ur frt wheel bearins & steerin cone. If it vibrates at 20km/h is quite normal for small bikes but if at 60km/h it still vibrates dat means its definetly not rite...
