Hi All,

Just got my hands on a '97 Honda Steed VSE. Need help from anyone and everyone regarding two matters -

1) Rear Suspension is busted - Have to either get a new one or second one. Any suggestions about where I can get a second hand one. No point getting new one as COE (5 yrs) expires in 2 years time. But if have to get new suspension, how much would it cost.

2) Handlebar - Am not comfortable with the original ones - arms are long so it's very cramp. Am thinking of getting straight bars but was advised that it would be difficult to control. Any body has experience with this?

Cheers all.

I got a pair of used bar. Good quality as it is strong and heavy. No rust but some cramped marks. The bar is in good condition but i replace with an ape. Can be fitted using stock riser without changing any cables. PM me with offer if you're interested or wanna know the measurements. Pics of the bar fitted on my bike previously.

Thread getting quiet. Just had my pipes completed. Bike has no tank as I'd sent it to a friend to airbush to liven things up.

Is the meet up at the end of the month still on? A few of the mod squad already selling or sold their bikes. I too had the intention of selling after completion but after almost half a year in the workshop, I would like to keep it for awhile.

How the pipes sound like here

dear steed riders.

last nite, i found my bike left side cover missing.

it's either taken away or the bike vibrates too much it drops off the highway.

my guess is it's taken, as it is jus beside the ignition, and i would have seen it when i plug out my key.

anyone got any spares, diff color also no prob. having the wires exposed there is not good...

thk you...
