1)Check the bike is able to start, be it kick or e-start.

2)Check the lightings / wirings are fine, as in the signal lights and headlamps.

3)Check the bike resgistered number if you like it. (Believe in love at first sight)

4)Check the bike got any funny or weird sound when start, stable at idling.

5)Check the horns are working, this is important!

6)Check if there's any crack on the fairings

7)Check if the tyres are worn out

8)Check if the chain and sprocket are worn out

9)Check if you really like the bike

10)Check if the bike is within your budget.

 

If the last two checks are okay, you should be getting your bike real soon.

The first 8 checks are meant for reference only. Good luck

basically even thou u check oso notin much u can do... anyway the bikes are relatively new so shouldnt b much of a prob la... see heng sway lo... i ever seen a FBB overhaul engine too...

 

Yup,i agree wif u.. My FBA plate spark135 wif 3k mileage also overhaul liao.... Mayb the ex-owner nv Run In the engine First & he start to drag e engine like hell liao!

Still have 1 important thing to CHECK! See any white smoke coming out from the exhaust ant,if have tats means the piston is GONE case liao....

Get a first hand spark.. hmm sounds good if your pockets dun mind the burn.

and ya backside itching for something new.

Get a 2nd hand bike if ya wanna save on the $$$ in ya pockets but probably gonna go thru some repairs and wear/tears change.

The ulitmate point some one quoted in the forum before, go for something you can afford to own it. do not let the bike own you.

Congrats on your first step out to buying a bike. Which motorshop to recommend.. hmm this is a tough question. But guess that shouldn't deter you from viewing bikes in any of the shops. Every one has a different opinion on different shops, its an experience for you dude.

 

However the important thing is to get a good conditioned second hand bike rather than focusing on the shop IMO. You might not get wad ya looking for in a shop that you like unless ya getting a brand new one. As for the other part where you plan to pay installment in 2yrs, well most shop offers loan if ya getting a bike from them so it should not be a problem if your pockets are comfortable with the loans.

 

Another option here is to take a look at the forum's garage sale (used bike) it might help you in deciding what ya looking for. Good luck.
