I went BP on the same day as u leh.. Abt 4+.. They starting told mi dun hav white, after tt, they call other shop, den hav white so i bought the bike le.. But nv hear properly when can get the bike leh.. i think sat i go down see see can get bike or not.. They giv mi a helmet free.. Anything else i can ask frm the shop as free gift??

Wanna ask u all.. Is the stock tire for the bike good?? Nid to change new ones?? Change straight away, wait a few mth or wait for it to wear out??

if you have the cash, then change lor..

 

but now after 2.4k of travelling with stock tyres...am still going on fine...

 

only thing is on wet weather must be ultra-careful cuz stock tyres are slightly more 'slippery' so if u anyhow jamm the freakin brakes...

advisable to change also since stock ones are Tube-tyres also..but as i said..

$$ comes into the picture..

When running in, i use the EO they give til wat mileage den muz change oil huh?? Den change to wat type of oil? Can change to full syn oil ma?? or semi-syn better?? Den wat is the mileage interval of changing the oil?

it would be good to have yr 1st oil change ard 500KM

then maybe after that change again at 1000KM

subsequently change every 3000KM

 

what type of oil to change semi or fully synthetic up to u

the figures i quote are only rough estimates..

tink the engine oil that comes w/ the bike originally is mineral grade already

 

i'm currently using caltex semi-synthetic from JB

but tink gonna change to other brands soon

not worth it to get oil frm JB

 

dwex: if im not wrong...motul5100 only contain synthetic particles. that doesnt make it fully synthetic. in fact..that doesnt even make it semi-synthetic grade
