wat he told neo is wat he told me exactly..

coe result will be out latest by tuesday pasal wednesday is national day..

ape? bapak aku main track?? takpe la.. dia nye knee ligament dua2 da pernah operation. so tk payah la ajak dia, lagipun RVF dia untuk aku main track...hehe ... r1 too powerful...

 

R1: fast, but spend more time on braking.

RVF: not too fast, jadi boleh spend more time on other important things; e.g. posing for saint21 amik gambar aku. betul tak??

 

bawak r1 ni, by the time dekat corner da kelam kabut brake drop gear, adjust speed... penat kepale otak aku.

anyway, kalau korang nak tahu, ntah la brapa kali aku short-shift naik gear 6 sebab aku lupa which gear i'm in... tu pasal kalau korang notice aku ni macam tak buat ape2 dalam track.. pasal aku tgh SIBUK tukar gear!

 

anyway baru 2weeks on r1, sebab kalau da biasa dgn moto, u can actually agak2 which gear ur in. paling senang bila aku bawak wave ah, kalau speed aku at about 80, engine revving quite loud, da confem aku in gear 3. kalau r1, langsung aku tk tahu.

 

anyway, its always better to smoothen ur transition to other bikes.. most people would use a 125 first, then a 250/400, then baru 600 up.. learn to handle power. macam aku, class 2b for 5 yrs straight then straight to r1. aku tk pernah bawak 400.. so jugdement aku rabak, aku tk tau kalau aku too fast or too slow.. tu pasal aku nk beli RVF.

Cuma body positioning nak kena kasi betul aje sekit... refer to all your pictures

 

and you can see that almost semua badan tak turun bila corner. Check how D.D

 

punya body positioning bila dia coner or some other riders. Check you pictures

 

now and after a few more good practice and see the diff. You should have better

memang semangat masih membara dalam fikiran masing2 - tengok mcm Bong, sampai beli suit Dainese .......kaya kaya. sememangnya Dainese is pretty good investment

 

hope saper2 yang baru jejak track (mcm aku jugak), korang get good pointers from seasoned track go-ers like D.D, wacko, servo and others...most importantly, it's trackday not raceday so while play hard, ride smart.

 

looking forward to hear MSR's next trackday

 

meanwhile, keep on investing.....exhaust system, PC3R, slick tyres, footrest, carbon fibre clip-ons, race fairing, gear indicator (some may want to tape off speedometer instead), boots, suit, fullface helmet, gloves etc, etc......and tak lupa race numbers!!

anyway..

every track day for me is a new learning experience..

i learn a lot of diiferent things everytime i go to track..

for example corner ni bole amik lining gini, kena pakai gear braper this and that lah..

and bukan senang nak scrap lutut..

took me at least 5-6 track session baru dapat scrap sikit..

still looking forward to learn lots of of things especialy from d.d..

he raced a 250 before and he should know how my bike will work for me..
