Hi all,

I have called up both company for quotation.

Price wise, Allianz is significantly cheaper - $378.

AXA is $467

Both is 2nd party (or 3rd party, fire and theft)

Question is, why the big difference in price and should i just go for the cheaper one?

Thanks for reading!! :)

For your info:

Bike 125cc

more then 1 yr riding experience

No claim made during that 1 yr of riding.

At the moment on AXA (expiring soon)

Then why not go for Allianz since its cheaper?

I got a quotation from NTUC.. its more than $1000 !!!!!!! :o

Ok i just checked 3rd party quote from various companies, basically i got all quotes around $250 for NTUC, Mitsui & AXA with 10% NCD. So I wanna ask, which company is better (currently under AXA)? Or should just get the cheapest 1... :p

Current bike : Wave R From Feb '07..

Allianz is cheaper cuz when it comes to claims, if policyholder did not make a report that he/she was involved in an accident and the other party claims even with all the official documentation, the application is rejected. Was told by various sources that they are the only company that practices that. (was involved in one who is an Allianz policyholder)

Haha that's a good deal heh :thumb: I bought 3rd part last yr as well for my 2nd hand wave which was about 300+ so basically my premiums remains somehow about the same or slightly cheaper. Whatever it is just wanna settle it soon...

Better settle it as soon as possible..One less thing to keep thinkin about is always better..:cheeky:

Maybe just stick to AXA then..You're not experiencin any problems with them whatsoever right now are you?

Hmm.. So how will this be to the disadvantage of Allianz policyholder? (im another potential allianz policyholder)

Let me rephrase:

So, party B who wants to claim insurance from party A who is an Allianz policyholder will need party A to report to his own insurance company also?

Else, despite official documentation, party B's report will be rejected by allianz.

Did i comprehend you right?
