Yeah i do agree with da part that they r not functioning. But when u think of it, we all pay to park our vehicles at these palces. And they are not cheap, so y are they still on budget??? Its nonsense. We as the consumers should have the sense of ease going to such places knowing that we r paying for the lot of space and the security of our vehicles. if not then y they install cctv and added security at such places.....

well i share ur sentiment as in we are consumer n why even tht small amount tht they hav to save on when CCTV security survilance is a important issue they should not lag on.. but still its their call fr the higher managment of the said building well for all i noe is tht almost all wouldn't wan to be responsible for things tht are lost as in the cause of tht act so usually they put tht little sign noted they are not fully responsible as its ur wish to park at their carpark.. well u might say so of the Double standard wif the sign board statin under survielance but turn out to be a joke jus like the one u usually see in the HDB lift

i hav not encounter such things b4 but as wht u mention using violent against the culprit b4 handing over to the appropriate authority well u may do so wif e amry rules apply " do anything u like dun get caught" but there again it also self reflects of u being violent but tht might not be important to some but still jus pray to god tht wht ever trade marks u left on tht culprit doesn't cause any internal bleedin or open wound to be seen as u might be charge for tht so its ur word against his n his against yours..

yup u can take photos of the culprit in action but u do need to capture his face, so even if he escapes the police can still track him down.

 

But unless u can pin him down on the spot and hold the short video as evidence, if not then the investigation process will be long

well to pin them on the ground or at least grab hold of them to prevent them fr running away would be more than enuff unless the said subject is veri resistive against it n wif the tendancy to run away.. well best if passerby is willing to help u on tht..

Ahhh.. reminds me of few yrs back when I 1st got my bike... comes back & park @ the carpark happily.. Next morning came down wanted to go to work liao.. but when I 1st started the bike, my muffler was extremely loud.. I tot what has happened to it.. then I turned my back & saw that my muffler was gone! @ that fateful moment, 1 TP bike drove into the carpark & I told him what happened.. he asked me to go to the neighbourhood police post to make a report.. I tot to myself muffler gone nia still not that bad... After reporting the matter (@ that point of time, I did not check whether my bike has other missing parts or not)... , I go back to my bike & then realised that my brake disc & brake caliper also gone! & got a summon ticket also! really ish damn angry liao & on the other hand, feels so despair as I couldn't do anything to save it.. haiz~

hi all... juz wanna let u all know abt this cheap thief...

 

Location: Serangoon North Ave 3 MSCP

 

incident 1: He stole my left rear view mirror. (I bought new one from AH boy. $10)

 

incident 2: He stole my roadtax coupon holder. That white colour thingy. Can you believe it. Its juz 50 cents. :angry:

 

incident 3: He stole my visor which was i was gonna change and was full of scratches. (think its 6 or 8 dollars) :angry:

 

incident 4: He took one of my headlight. $3. :angry:

 

And finally today:

 

Incident 5: He took my wet-smelly-discoloured helmet:faint: . All he left for me was tht rings. (dun knw for what )

 

well.... Cheapo thief if you are a SBF reader (which i dun think so coz i dun leave my PC or laptop in my bike for you to steal), and well if you managed to steal someone else's... Plz come to me directly. I have this monthly fund for beggers which i would gladly pass to you (hope tht will help to meet your monthly bike maintenance needs).

 

Can you believe it somebody stealing a 50 cents coupon holder :slapforehead: . Is this what they call "CRIME OF PASSION" or is market nowadays is tht bad. This morning i was planning to go to make a police report but then again i was thinking what the hell am i gonna tell to them, tht he stole my 50 cents holder or my smelly helmet. :slapforehead:

 

if he stole my bike or a tyre or even something more valuable i would have felt more better. C'mon how am gonna say this story to others.. ppl laughed at me when they heared that i have been robbed by this cheap thief...

Oh ya one more thing.. Ah boy say there are stores which redo those rings and the straps for helmets... So again plz be carefull with your belongings...

some idiot went to on my choke for me a few days ago at my house carpark. when i rode to work from hougang to changi airport, i realised something wrong with my bike but didn't know what was wrong till i realised the choke was on when i got home from work.

 

so basically its hougang to changi and back to hougang again with my choke on all the way. HENG PISTON NEVER JAM. also at the same carpark my signal light COVER+ bulb kena stolen. less than $10 also want to take. :/
