not fortunate la brother AIE. Just tat we are more willing to pay abit more lor.. Cause its near my home also mah. so no choice lor

If I remember correctly, last time at the now defunct World Gym, I paid $310 for peak period membership for a year. However, that was the student rate that the management gave me cos I used to work there. Normal membership was double that, I think... :cheeky:

Try increasing your water intake....

To reduce food intake at meal times, you can try drinking half to one glass of water before eating... or take a bowl of clear soup.... that will help reduce your food intake for the meal...

Then make sure you stop eating by 4-6 hrs before your bedtime....

Always have a good breakfast... its a good start for your day and it kickstarts your body for more calorie burning....

I don't mind gaining weight at all. It's the added inches around my waist that bothers me... :sian:

hi guys, ,my fren is a lil skinny and advise given to him to gain a lil more weight was to eat more but all he got was a flabby tummy and yet skinny body. what should he do if he want to gain more mass so as to head to gym and tone his body?

Buy a mass gainer product. I would personally recommend N'Large by ProLab. Delicious and effective product... :thumb:

Thanks!! Where can i purchase this product you mentioned?? :cheeky:

This product is sold at all outlets of Nature's Farm. I forgot the price but definitely less than $100 a tub.

The product looks like this and now is the newer and better version of the one that I used before...

Out of curiousity, won't it be better for him to burn his own body fats before taking these stuff? They are quite calories laden right?

If you have read his friend's problem, you'd know that his friend is already skinny with a flabby tummy. What body fats does he want to burn? :slapforehead: The guy wants to add on weight and size lah... :cheeky:

That's hereditary, I guess. You must be an ectomorph where no matter how much you eat, your body tends to stay lean. High metabolism, I guess...
