hi recently clubfitt has a promotion for gym membership.

 

It's a buddy programme which means 2 people must apply to enjoy it.

 

$30 bucks per person for 2 months of UNLIMITED gym usage. No restriction on the usage. Weekdays, weekends, morning, afternoon, night.

 

Only available in April and valid for 2 months.

 

I intend to look for someone to apply with me at the end of April, which means we can use any clubfitt gym for the whole of May and June.

After about a year plus of not training, I trained my chest and shoulders two days ago. Now chest, triceps and shoulder very sore and achy... :weep:

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

 

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment,and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

 

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

Up to now still sore? I went back to gym on Wednesday after work and sore until Friday. That nevermind, I was so tired through out the week that yesterday, I woke up at noon! Had more than 10 hours sleep. I didn't know that I was that tired from Wednesday's workout.

Even milk when taken on an empty stomach will sometimes make me lau sai....

 

Which have you tried? As for me, tried b4 100%, ATW, Ultimate Nutrition all don't cause loose poo for me. :angel:

hmmm.....

Try to avoid these, When taking protein, try not to mix with creatine, A good protein when mix with caffeine (coffee) creatine will cause you to PANGSAI big time......

 

Depending on your goals, if you wishes to loose the fat and become toner, you have to schedule yourself a 1 hr workout 4 - 5 times a week..

example, 1,2, X 4, 5 X

to loose the beer belly look, you need to cut completely your starch / rice intake after 7 pm onwards unless it is a cheat day ( a reward day eat all u like)

 

Work out regime must be highly intensive.

My recomendation is to do a 4 minutes / run/Xtrainer / rowing cycling at about 75-85 percent of your maximum heart rate. (take 220 - your age and X the 75%/85%)

 

Then do a 16 - 25 repetitions of light - moderate heavy weights for 2 sets (if possible change the body parts like biceps & chest or back and quads... some thing like tat) and carry-on the process for 4 sets followed by a 2 minutes breaks and do theses for 3 - 4 sets and cool down and your are done...

 

Do these for 2 months and you will see your body will change!!

use to take pro complex..high protein

taste wise not bad

can try myoplex deluxe or lite too
